WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping everywhere in Canada with Canada Post and scoring FREE delivery on orders over $150!๐Ÿšš๐Ÿ

We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders over $85.

LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes! We have a local pick up option in Mission. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. You will get an email when your order is ready for pick up, please reply back when you will like to pick up your order and we will leave it outside for you. Your name and order number will be on the bag :)ย 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIEVERED?

All orders will be handled and sent off within 2-3 business days from order date. Shipping time will change depending on the Canada Post shipping option picked at checkout.

BEST WAY TO STORE BITE ME! PET TREATS?

No preservatives or additives here! Each bag has a silica desiccant gel pack to keep things fresh and dry.ย Store in a cool, dry place away from the sun's rays, and seal the bag once done. Keep proteins cozy in the fridge or freezer for an extra burst of freshness.ย 

HOW DO YOU INSURE QUALITY?

  • Products are processed in small batches, with quality checks throughout the entire process.
  • Proteins are frozen at least one week prior to processing.
  • Produce is meticulously washed before processing.
  • We use gloves when handling food.
  • Proteins and produce are each assigned their own cutting board.
  • Excess fat is removed from the proteins.
  • Proteins are dehydrated at 160 degrees to eliminate bacteria.
  • The dehydrator, racks, and equipment are thoroughly washed with hot, soapy water between each batch.
  • Each package contains a silica gel pack to maintain freshness by keeping moisture at bay.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

We aim for you to adore our products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your pet treats, kindly reach out to us via email at bitemepettreats.bc@gmail.com. We are eager to collaborate with you to find a resolution. Should you wish to exchange a product, please ensure it remains unopened. If shipping is required, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item and for shipping the replacement product.
